James has honed valuable skills in both military and corporate settings. He has accrued over 12 years of service in the U.S. Army as an Engineer Officer. Before his current role, James served overseas as a project engineer, leading multi-million-dollar government contracts and projects. In the corporate sector, he has worked with technology and analytic portfolios to enhance the delivery and governance of technology programs.
